Advice needed

Hi Everyone
Please forgive me if I am on the wrong thread or wrong place but I would indeed like some help and advice if possible
I have attached some pictures of 2 sets of pearls that are in a mikimoto case .
They are both very old vintage pearls
The clasps are very different to any I have seen on mikimoto so not sure ..
Both sets of pearls ha e been in the case for many many years at least 50 something if not longer.
Does anyone have any clue ?

Sorry to say this strand is imitation pearls. See the spot on this pearl near the clasp where the imitation pearly coating peeled off?

As for the other strand whose clasp is marked silver, we need more photos. On a white background please, in clear focus and no flash. Please show the entire necklace as well as closeups of any flaws.
They are not Mikimoto (no Mikimoto mark) but we need to see them better to see if they are imitations or not.

To honest it may have been a good idea to clean them first !!!
The pictures are of the one with the silver stamp
When I look I see a flaw then I rote the pearl and in light it disappears
But there is a layer of dirt on them
Not holding out any hope but again thank you very much for your time and expertise

That strand is imitation. See the excess coating near the drill hole? That is often seen with imitation pearls.
