Pearl Strands-identify?

Greetings!
My MIL recently passed away and was a jeweler. She has multiple strands of pearls. Most have this identification, and I have been unable to find it anywhere online. They are heavy and black, dark pink (like in this pic), multicolored, etc. I believe cultured pearls. Can anyone help me identify where they may have been purchased from or what type of pearls they are?

These appear to be cultured pearls from China, with a bead nucleus. I'm unable to tell from the photo if the pearls are dyed or natural color. Hard to say where she might have purchased them; as a jeweler she would have many sources for pearl purchases. I don't recognize the charm.
If you want us to take a look at other pearls, please photograph the complete necklace against a white paper towel and post on this thread.
