Yes, the price was very low but I was thinking that maybe it's cracked or crumbling in places. I was hoping to buoy up those areas with a clear polyurethane or something. I don't know if this is a thing that can be done. It is drilled as a pendant and quite large at 38mx X 25mm.

I found these pearls in a junk shop for $2.00, so I couldn't leave them there. They are real and perfectly matched--8 feet of them! The pearls are a little ovoid in shape and are about 2mm by 3mm. They are not knotted. What do you think? What should I do with then?
