I found these pearls in a junk shop for $2.00, so I couldn't leave them there. They are real and perfectly matched--8 feet of them! The pearls are a little ovoid in shape and are about 2mm by 3mm. They are not knotted. What do you think? What should I do with then?

Hi Everyone! Judy here I think I have been in possession of an abalone blister pearl all along and didn't realize it. I came across a find, a piece of an abalone shell with what looked to be a long lump under a crusty yellow skin. So, I buffed out what I could and this is what I came up with...
Hi, Judy here, Okay, here is the piece I mentioned:

It looks rough-hewn, so it is probably a blister pearl cut out of the shell? Thanks for any advice!
Hi! I have found a pendant that I like on Etsy. Is it kosher to share a picture here for corroboration? I have been looking for an abalone pendant but don't have thousands to spend. This piece is quite inexpensive and claims to be an abalone pearl. Thanks for any advice.

Are you still interested in blister pearls in situ? I have a couple of small abalone shells with small but colorful blisters. One was drilled, obviously meant to be a pendant on its own. If you like, I will take pictures.
