What is this Makers Mark on my 14K clasp?

Can someone tell me the makers Mark that is on this 14 karat clasp of my pearls? And also maybe what kind of pearls? Thank you.

They look like cultured akoya pearls, and the mark on the clasp is likely only that of the maker of the fishhook clasp.
