Tahitian?

Are these Tahitian? The stretchy bracelet gives me pause. But I have had Tahitians on leather and silver. The colors seem could go either way (freshwater or Tahitians)...but I have not looked at that many Tahitians. I love the luster...need to restring them.

Hm I have Tahitians that have a rose overtone .. unless you have a different picture that shows more of what concerns you?

They could be Tahitians, or they could be dyed FWP.

In this photo the middle strand is dyed FWP, and the other two are Tahitians.

I initially looked at these and thought lesser quality Tahitians but then I saw the four pearls drilled crosswise rather than longitudinally. The only time I have ever seen that is on CFWs. As you can see from Pearl Dreams example, it can be hard to tell.

Thank you to all! I am glad it is harder than I thought...such high luster.....I love them!

I got out my dyed freshwaters and I suspect the bracelet is CFW, but it's difficult to judge from a photo. Tahitians have depth and oiliness that's hard to describe.
There are posts on this forum from people who suggest looking through a loupe. I have a loupe but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
If I use a bright flashlight, I can tell the Tahitians around the edge of the pearl.
