Hello,
I remember I read somewhere in this forum it can be possible to find round akoya keshi, till 2,5mm or so.
I am looking for this kind of pearl, round keshi or round natural saltwater pearl, to repair some jewelry.
Th cross is about hundred years old 4 pearls are missing, size is about 2,5mm, and color is white-cream, as the pearls are quite old too.

you might contact croissy_pearls on Instagram for small natural pearls as round keshi makes it more difficult to find

I think it will be easier to find natural pearls.
BTW: Do they have to be Akoya?

I am sure I have some that I could part with. They are Pinctada mazatlanica.
I have to see if I have enough ROUND ones.

Considering the jewelry period, yes, natural would be more interesting, depending on price and size.
Mazatlanica should be perfect.

I have been looking at what I have left...OMG, those 8 months without work really helped me to lose some weight...in pearls!
I remembered I had so much more pearls than I actually do!
And all the rounds and button shapes...disappeared (meaning, sold) :(
All I have left are two lots of mostly baroque shaped naturals.
Sorry!

Im sure you can order some from the Japanese pearl companies . Takahashi on IG can usually find small pearls for jobs like this.. where are you located? You don't want to spend a fortune on shipping if you just need a couple of tiny pearls. They look to be a soft white so maybe a cream shade or less pinked Akoya? I think the natural white Akoya might be too bright white? Cheaper will be tiny freshwater have you looked at Wen or Kong on Etsy ?

It's impossible for us to find round Keshi Akoya pearls here. But round cultured Akoya pearls and baroque Akoya Keshi pearls are available.

A vintage piece of cross jewellery.

I am sorry, but I don't know where you will find the original Akoya Keshi pearl.

After researching this, I found some Akoya Keshi pearls are also selling online.
