Freshwater or ringed salt?

Normally I’d assume fresh because shape but the luster is kinda nice.

Oh FYI I turned exposure up. I think only the last photo is 0 exposure (or neutral I guess)

They are graduated. Lens may be distorting edges of picture. Largest is 9.5mm x 11mm smallest is 6.5mm x 8mm

Good catch! I just checked the clasp on one of my Honora strands and the same H is there.

I think these are the all-nacre freshwater pearls, nucleated with a tiny piece of mantel tissue and not a bead. It would have taken a few years to grow pearls that large.
Honora calls their bead-nucleated freshwater pearls, Ming.

These ringed tissue nuceated FW are very common and have been around for several decades. The rings are often quite deep.
The bead nucleated ones are generaly not ringed. The older bead nuked ones may have a ripply texture.
