She looks fabulous in these rocks from Margot McKinney! You need confidence and height to pull these off. These must be South Sea pearls, right?

Yes, "And those magnificent Margot McKinney Australian South Sea pearls are quintessential Helen."

I'm not sure about the multi-color. Helen Mirren wore freshwater pearls to a Buckingham Palace garden party (Coleman Douglas Pearls).

Sometimes it's difficult to track these things down, considering that the interwebs use the same photos for different stories. Anyway, the second photo with the pink dress is from the Golden Globes:
"Helen Mirren made a striking appearance at the Golden Globes Golden Eve event, showcasing a stunning 241-carat tourmaline necklace designed by Margot McKinney. The necklace, part of McKinney's Bloem Collier collection, featured a centrepiece gem weighing 65.85 carats and was adorned with 27 Australian South Sea baroque pearls, as well as a mix of diamonds and sapphires."

Btw, the pearl earrings Helen wore to the Buckingham Palace event were small and tasteful, appropriate for the occasion.

These are very nice freshwater earrings and, yes, appropriate for a meet and greet with the king of England. Trying to impress the British royals with jewelry is not possible (Oh, what large pearls those are. I believe we have something perhaps similar in size but in diamonds?). Now I am going down a Google rabbit hole of which pearls are in the British royal collection.
