Im 19 and these were my grandmas given to me when she died. I will never sell them but i would really like to know what they are.

Aren't they pretty! You have freshwater pearls, probably some of the earliest cultured freshwater pearls- known as rice pearls. They are not valuable cash wise, but they are historic, classic, and of course, your beloved grandmother's.
Those look like pretty little lapis beads too. This is a necklace you can wear often. It will look great with jeans and you can wear those anytime! Of course it will look great when you dress up too!
You can rinse it with shampoo, if the thread gets dirty. The pearls don't mind water and shampoo. Avoid scented products on your neck and let lotions sink in thoroughly before putting on. They will pit and yellow pearls and those are really white.
Wear them often, they will not wear out if you don't let perfumes get on them!
