    What is this?

Are you able to take some more photos, in different light perhaps? If you can wear something neutral and avoid reflecting anything colorful that might help too. (My front door is red and anything I photograph near it catches red reflections-- that, and the green of the grass in our front yard!)

    What is this?

If it's domed on both sides with just a bezel, maybe it's a polished piece of labradorite?

    What is this?

Or is the surface reflecting the OP's clothing-- or outdoor sky and trees near a window?

Expanding my collection- what to choose?

The first item, I think the brooch is akoyas but am not sure about the necklace. Photos aren't clear enough. I'd pass. The 2nd item, akoyas but smaller pearls are worn out/barrel shaped. I'd pass.

    What is this?

It just occurred to me to link this excellent series of articles on mabe and blister pearls: https://www.pearl-guide.com/threads/i-introduction-to-blister-and-mabe-pearls-ultimate-guide.454956/

    What is this?

There are green abalones but I haven't seen that color. The texture of the surface also isn't ridged like the green abalone pendants I've seen (images only, not in person.) It could be a Tahitian mabe pearl (mother of pearl, inside of shell). Or perhaps an osmeña "pearl"-- the polished inner...

I usually wear my favorite sterling silver bell pendant on a 24" wheat chain, but yesterday I tried it on this FW pearl necklace that I strung years ago. Happily, the bail was wide enough.

    Are these genuine

Not pearls. Coral? This is a pearl discussion forum; I have no expertise in coral. I suggest you post on Pricescope forum. Someone there may be able to help.

    Inherited Necklace

What a lovely necklace to inherit! It looks like baroque cultured akoya pearls. If you want to wear it, I would definitely have it restrung first. Silk becomes weak over time and can break, which could lead to the loss of a pearl. Given that this is a 3 strand necklace that would be a real...

    Blemish identification

If it doesn't feel different than the rest of the surface, nacre did not come off there. Tahitian pearl nacre is thick. I've never seen anything like that. If these are pearls you just bought, consider returning them.

    Blemish identification

That first photo...could be naturally occurring blemishes. But the 2nd photo looks like there is something lying atop the pearl. A bit of tissue maybe? Moisten it and see if it wipes off.

I had a large silver lobster claw and used 22 gauge Argentium wire to make the other part of the clasp. I think if I ever need to restring them again, I'll use beading wire and silicone bumpers. I found I had to make knots of different sizes to compensate for how concave some of the pearls were...
