This is my Blue Akoya baroques from PP. I had it cut down to 17" and they sent me the extra pearls. I am currently having the extra pearls made into some leverback/diamond dangles, deco style. Stay tuned!!

These are the flameballs I receive from Kojima. Sarah picked out a lovely sterling silver clasp for me. These are so beautifully oriented!

These are some beautiful drip pearls also from Kojima. I love the shape and they have such a lovely metallic luster. I have already inquired with Sarah about ordering some loose pearls to be made into earrings!

Golden SS pearl and diamond pendant from Ebay...another steal!

Other than these pearls, I do have a few other strands/tin cup necklaces, pearl earring jackets, and a baroque tahitian pearl pendant that my mom got me while she was in Hawaii several years ago. I have yet to take pictures of them..............

PearlDreams,
Love your collection, just beautiful pearls......I also had my blue akoya's cut down from 20 inches to 18 inches... Love them close up to the face.....
I also wanted to tell you that my favorite saying is
Life is not waiting for the storm to pass, It's learning to dance in the rain...........

Thanks Pearlie........... I am a Zumba Instructor and thought the saying was so appropriate for me!!

Great collection Pearldreams. You do know that you are making us spend a lot of time in front of our computers admiring your pics (inlcuding your Tahitian pics). :)
The blue Akoyas don't look blue at all - is it just that the camera doesn't capture the colour or are they really not very blue?

Cheers,
SR

The blue akoyas are a slight blue... more platinum/silver/soft gray looking ...which is what I love. PP just labeled them that way...:)
