I didn't ask.

However, I am assuming from the process itself, i.e. breeding, growing out for 2 years, nucleation, then 2 more years for pearl cultivation, the oysters have to be at least 4 yrs old, some maybe older (2nd or 3rd nucleation). The SSP culturing process is certainly not for the impatient! Hahaha..
