They look like imitation pearls. The clasp is one I have only ever seen with fake strands and the bead tips which are used to attach the thread to the clasp are also a low end way of finishing a strand. The pearls themselves are extremely uniform in shape, size, color and luster and lack overtones.
Do this test: rub 2 of the pearls together gently. You might want to wipe it clean first with a soft damp cloth; I see a bit of grime on one of the pearls in the bottom photo. Do they slide easily? That is typical of imitation pearls. Real pearls will feel gritty when rubbed together.
Edited to add: I have stopped recommending rubbing pearls against teeth (“Tooth test”) Teeth are harder than pearls and can scratch them.
Even though it is likely imitation, it's quite a long rope and may be fun to wear!
