This is a wonderful thread! I've been thinking about it for days :) What a treat to see everyone's thoughts and choices, or inability to choose ... so far I'm in with the latter ... But categories of favorites for me would definitely include Gold South Sea and especially my original Harvest...

I also recommend contacting Pacific Pearls or sister company Kojima Pearls, as Jeg says; they have many options including older/vintage stock. It might help if you find some internet photos of what you have in mind to help the search. Good luck :)
