Mka4972, may I know if the pearls will come off because of the glue? One of my fw came off the post - I think I got it wet too many times.

Tin cup pearls better than a full strand?

I love that idea - although I don't wear bracelets. I think it would be nice for bridesmaids, if the bride is looking for a gift for them.

    Help with Graduation gift

Hmmm... I use to have a jade piece on a leather cord and found that the leather cord 'collects' sweat and dirt. Half a year of use I had to throw away the leather cord to buy a new one.

Tin cup pearls better than a full strand?

Perhaps Titanium is not thought of as jewelery more a functional metal? For instance, Titanium spectacle frames are useful because they are not suppose to break.

    Help with colours

That is such a fantastic tip! Another alternative: you could look inside your wardrobe to see if you wear more pink or peach. Usually we pick the colors that look good on us. (Unless you wear black all the time.)

    Where are the pearls?

Hey! You know this stuff well! ;) Burying in the ground also works. Not sure how practical this is for anyone... Sorry, way off topic: it seems that if you leave crystals out in the sun (and moon) for 49 days, the crystals become fully charged with super powers - not sure what super powers...

Crisis in Paradise; Black Pearl Prices in Tailspin

Strange that the Taihitian govt doesn't take the opportunity to run a cartel for the pearls to control prices. It makes it much easier, isn't it for pearl sellers?

Is there anything like a collectable cultured pearl?

Items that gorgeous may be extremely expensive but may not be collectible - in the sense that by holding it, its value may rise unlike such as pipes, art, pens, stamps, antique furniture. Jewelery is expensive because of its uniqueness so, I think that only by making it more unique then it's...
