These appear to be imitation pearls.

Given that the pearls are baroque and lower grade, and that there are no marks to indicate brand, I don't think any of them are Mikimoto.

Just curious, can you look at this part with a magnifier and see if it is a stamped metal mark of some sort?

They are cultured pearls. They are cultured freshwater pearls :)
