Hello, Jeremy (and other members of the Forum!) --

I received a small, round, clear lucite-type earring box with my metallics. I would really like to get some more of those and ditch my unglamorous Rubbermaid plastic boxes, LOL.

I've Googled 'earring box clear' and various combinations of that, but haven't really found a decent link.

Any ideas or tips?

TIA,
Nancy aka SarahR

I prefer the regular earring boxes for shipping, although they take up more space. Inside these clear cases, the pearls come into direct contact with the lid when pressed down, although I know the foam gives somewhat. I want to treat my pearls gently. I cut the foam to lower the pearls for storage. But for transporting purpose, they would be rattling around too. Just my 2 cents.

Cathy,

Well, criminey, I never thought about the pearls being squashed against the lid. I immediately cut the foam down and they're fine now. Thanks for the heads-up.

You're right about them rolling about when being transported. I'll put them into something more secure. I'd just like to be able to eyeball the earrings in my dresser drawer without having to remove the lids every time, searching for the correct pair.

Thanks!

Nancy
