Great job taking things apart and putting them back together. Everything is so beautiful. I can't wear the green shades but it's such an interesting colour !! And the clasps are great ! The nice thing about the double is that even though you say there are flaws..you don't tend to see them when there are two strands moving around.

This weekend I only brought tahitians to the summer cabin. And not all off them, only brought the ombre tahitian rope from Cees, my Rikiteas from Cees, my blue tahitian strand from Pearlescence and my tahitian drop tincup with pearls from Wen Pearls. I also brought my pink and green tahitian studs, blue tahitian studs and pink and green tahitian studs from Pearlescence and my mismatched tahitian studs from Oceanscove.

Thank you Waps and Katbran. Waps, the ombre strand takes my breath away too, I couldn't belive how beautiful it was the first time I saw it. I knotted it an hour after opening the package.
Katbran, it's my favorite tincup, the colors are gorgeous.

Today I restrung my deep golden south sea strand from Cees and my light golden south sea strand. I wanted them to change clasp with each other. I used Pattyes Beaders secret in gold on both of them.

The reason for my clasp exchange is that I can use the strand with an enhancer if I want to.





With my akoya keshistrand from Pearlescence, the enhancers are from Pearlsociety.

I have been really busy lately. New kitten is a menace and totally adorable. She gets along well with older kitten, mostly. New kitten just have to sneak attack older kitten. In this photo she is playing with not-husbands soap, that she did steal. The day after I found the same pieces of soap in our bed, stolen again.

That coppery green is so unusual .. very pretty !! And your kitten... they are so mischievous aren't they .. good thing he didn't eat the soap !

Thank you Katbran. She didn't eat the soap, but there were teethmarks in them. She did try to steal a soap again tonight but dropped it. Yesterday she stole not-husbands reading glasses and carkeys, it took us a while to find. But she is so funny it doesn't matter. She also has a funny little birdlike voice, just like the small dinosaurs in one of the jurassic park films. Yesterday when I restrung my two strands she was asleep for most of the time, jut tried to steal the bigger strand when I just finished it. Since bigger kitten also steals stuff I don't leave my pearls around the house, always in a box or something.

Truly, Charlotta, I don’t know how you decide which pearls to wear! I would want to pile them ALL on because I love them all!

Thank you Cricketbug. Sometimes it's difficult to choose, some strands and earrings are favorites and get used more often, like my Rikiteas, the white south seas, my blue tahitians and my ombre tahitian rope. I also tend to use my mismatched tahitian studs, my green and pink tahitian studs, my pink and green studs and my blue tahitian studs more often than the other. The copper green tahitian earrings are my most used dangly earrings.

Ooooh, your faves are the same as my faves of your beautiful pearls! Well, your dark golden strand is also lovely to look at but I'm not entirely sure that colour would look good on my skin tone, which is why I've held off on golden pearls until I can see them in real life. So glad you very kindly share all your "goodies" to admire!

Thank you Cricketbug, some golden colors don't look good on me either. But even worse is does peachy tones some freshwaters have, they look hideous on me.
