Thanks for the update. We exhibited at the June Hong Kong show and the buying was already feverish then. I wonder if the buying frenzy will continue for the March 2024 show….

Totally mesmerising 18 x 21mm, high lustre, peacock drop pearl. I had to really twist the farmers arm to part with this one!

Small round freshwater have increased in price. That means any size below 7mm are being sold at higher prices than previously. The clasp hallmark is probably JKA not NKA - if so it was made by Kohle in Pforzheim in Germany. In Germany silver can be hallmarked as 800 ie. 800/1000 silver content.

We have decided not to exhibit in the May or June show. I feel that the majority of customers will not come to Asia at least for the foreseeable future.

The organisers of the Hong Kong show promised exhibitors that they would have new stand allocations for the May show before the 14th of February. To date the organisers have not done so. The March shows have now been postponed to the 18th to 21st of May. Both shows will be held simultaneously at the Airport venue. The real remaining questions are ... will the customers come and will the Virus be a thing of the past by May....?
