Is this still the case? I am after pearl studs in around 5mm for my tiny-non-existent ear lobes. Any help as to where I could some good quality ones would be much appreciated.

I have been searching high and low for pearl studs around 5mm in size for every day wear. Most sites show 6-7mm as being the smallest which is too large for what I am after. I have really small (or rather non-existent) ear lobes and through trial and error know that closer to 5mm is my ideal...
