Both are dyed pearls so can't be considered as genuine Tahitian pearls even if they came from.
Tahitian pearls should remain untreated.

Hard to say. On the 1st picture the colors are so similar and uniform that I am not 100% confident.

These pearls are cheap ringed pearls: the prices should be low but depends of the size of the biggest ones.
