    New Kojima purchases

Pattye, thanks for the spacer idea. I hadn't thought about spacers at all but I think you are right. They would really show off the pearls individually and bring out the deep gold colors. Thanks! Caitlin, thanks for the comments. I knotted this one myself (don't look at the knots too...

    New Kojima purchases

I just can't get enough of Sarah's pearls. I just finished knotting the white/carved tahitian rope and wanted to share. The carved pearls are really amazing. Not sure what to do with the baroque pondslimes though. My pics do not do them justice. Any ideas from the creative types out there?

    What to do?

I am all for Caitlin's "buy them all" option. That is definitely my favorite option! Ah yes Birks.... love their stuff but hate their prices. Their book has some nice eyecandy though. And feel free to frustrate Jeremy as much as possible. I hear he loves it. ;)

    What to do?

Kelly, before you make a decision on size, you might want to pop in a jewelry store and try on a few strands in larger pearl sizes to see what size you like best (and while your there try on a double strand too). Some small local stores do not stock all sizes so I'd try a large chain store (I...

    Hello Everyone! Newbie here

Ditto what everyone else said. Whenever I see diamond sites that claim diamonds are a good investment it makes me cringe. You have to ask yourself if they are such a good investment, then why are they selling them to me? If you think of the value of your jewelry more in terms of what it means...

Did someone say strands of these souffles are available? Does anyone know who is selling strands? I'd imagine they are not widely available?

I'm looking for loose pondslime pearls (round and near round) and also loose coin pearls in natural purple colors (not perfectly round but more natural ovals). I'm not fussed about size but am looking for good quality. My search so far has come up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    A couple of ropes

Thanks everyone. MWP, I'm not sure exactly how long the first one is but I'd guess it is around 90 inches. The second one is 44 inches.
