Thank you, everyone!!! I've been working on this next one for some time. The aquamarine beads are pretty small. The necklace is shorter than I planned, because I didn't allow as much string for the myriad knots as I should have. Lesson learned.

Not beads, but my latest project: wire wrap. I took a class 10 years ago, and haven't tried it since. Luckily my notes are not too bad. The stone is a moonstone.

I played with some cut steel -- it does sparkle like diamonds, especially by candlelight. Also by candlelight, rose cut diamonds sparkle better than modern cuts. I put it to the test in our last major power outage. I've been working with some blue lace agate beads: and a neck shot:

Thank you Cathy, for turning the picture, and everyone for the nice comments! I have been searching for nice purple pearls for quite a while now. I love pearls, and purple and Purple Pearls! I think the sizes are in the 10-12mm range. They are baroque, so hard to measure.
