Spherical Flower, that is very bad news indeed. :( Maybe you won't feel like it now, but you may want to hide the pearls in the deepest part of your closet until you feel they can be used. The strand you got is very beautiful and you may not get another strand like that when the time comes along.

I haven't seen a strand but I have seen those sizes on ebay. The silky glow of SSP looks v good on the large pearls. On smaller pearls IMHO, the mirror reflection will gain more attention.

:eek: faux?! actually the faux that my boss wear looks like million dollar white ssp. They look incredibly lustrous. However, I don't enjoy the idea of wearing faux pearls. I prefer the weight of the real stuff.

oh they look so pretty! 8mm is a good size. I have the same desire to size up when i buy. I love pearls with a suit. Better, BIG pearls with a suit. :D
