I tend to like heavier pieces in general. Visually and weight wise. I wouldn't change this. This is art. I don't feel like I have a right to change it. I know that probably sounds weird, but it really is one of a kind. I feel it would be a shame to mess with that. It is so beautiful as it is.

It IS spectacular, but it's still quite small *for me.* It's impossible not to love it, but I don't really know that it's mine. You know how you have a feeling when you put things on and you know they're home? I don't have that feeling.

I am bumping because I'm woefully behind on this thread and have many things to add but I took this shot the other day and LOVE how well you can see the difference between the rainbow ripples and the golden peach ripples. I don't feel like you see this difference when wearing them-they appear...

I have a 36 inch and a 60 inch. I prefer the 60 to the 36-it is endless (no clasp) and can be worn in so many more ways. It's very easily doubled or tripled and you can do fancy stuff with it as well. I had a 100 inch rope but got rid of it. It was too much for me. BAS has an amazing 144...

To answer the question I'd personally get either a tahitian or a ripple (chinese kasumi) necklace and a rope. At least 36 inches if not longer. They're just so versatile.
