It is cold and snowy here in the mountains. So I'm wearing a turtle neck again...with some Tahitian pearls to brighten up my day. My neck shots are terrible. Here is a better picture of the strand:

I'm no expert and I've never seen a South Sea pearl in person. But I feel compelled to say these look just like the freshwater pearls I've seen sold on the television jewelry shows.

I received another purchase today. A 35 inch necklace. It was described as extra dark pearls with deep peacock and cherry overtones. This is the darkest strand I own. I find it fascinating and shifty depending on the light and my clothes...more so than my other Tahitians.

Thank you. :) The ring is a gray and pink spinel ring. Since the color combination is a bit funky, I think it works with the keshi pearls. Pretty pendant GemGeek!
