You could probably get the answer yourself with the help of a loupe. Just check the drill holes. I tend to think these are freshwaters.

I believe these are coated faux pearls, and the green beads might also be artificial (or may be green onyx?). IMO these "blemishes" resemble the work of molds, or collapsed bubbles, not mollusks:

The after-bath does look more like CFP, at least most of the pearls do. And there isn't a good chance natural pearls are mixed and strung with CFP, so I agree with the others. Again, great photos! I wish everyone would provide pictures this good when they ask about their pearls.
