Originally from Eastern Europe Romania , where I was an elementary school teacher for 5 years while in the same time pursuing a law degree , but my true passion it's always been gems , jewelry and fashion . I read trade literature and always been intrigued and fascinated and wanted to know more ...

In 2001 immigrated to United States where I met my husband Rick . We traveled the World and in our travels we always found ourselves in jewelry stores , jewelry shows and other events that bored the people I was traveling with but I couldn't get enough of...The jewelery professionals were amazed about how much information I knew and always told me I should join the trade . But untill 2009 it's just been a hobby....at that point I started attending Gemological Institute of America -GIA New York and London , where I obtained qualification as AJP (Accredited Jewelry Professional ) , Graduate Pearls and Graduate Diamonds and other certifications . I am currently being enrolled in Colored Stones course in order to pursue the GG ( Graduate Gemologist ) qualification.
