I am reopening a shellfish in Eastern NC with a mile of the ocean. 20 years ago I worked on a clam farm and in its hatchery. Got the big picture but lack confidence to operate without assistance. Local oysterman had a SeaGrant and successfully grew some rigid pen shell pearls. Curious about this as a longer term project.
