Found these beauties in a jewelry box from the goodwill dumpster! I love these earrings, and wear them everyday! I’ve done all the DIY tests, like rubbing them on my teeth (gritty), and touching them to my cheek, ect… they pass those simple tests. They have a very unique setting and screw on backs with 14k marking as well as two other stamps (star, and Chinese or Japanese symbol) I’m slowly learning little bit at a time about pearls online but I can’t find anything that looks similar to these. Nor can I find the hallmark or stamps
Any insight or knowledge would greatly be appreciated

It looks like you found a pair of older akoya pearl earrings. The stamp on the back is a Middle Chinese character used in Japan (Kanji). It's pronounced "izumi."

Izumi means spring (source of water), but it can also be a female first name or a family last name.

I hope this helps!
