I just watched her presentation to the Rapaport Int'l Diamond Conference and it was terrific. Tons of useful information.
She's the president of Unity Marketing, and author of Putting the Luxe Back in Luxury. Her information is important for anyone selling goods, not only the Luxury Goods, although her presentation was aimed at high end retailers and thriving in a down market.
Topics covered the demographics of high end consumers, and understanding the new psyche of today's Luxury Item consumers. She notes that consumers have dumped 'Status' in favor of 'Worthy', 'Quality' perceptions re what they value when they purchase.
She recently presented at JCK.
Unfortunately, I was having computer problems even back then, so I missed that link-up. If this thread is redundant, Admins please feel free to delete
I don't know how to do links but hope this works

Ok, this link takes you only so far. When you get to Rapaports, look to the left of the page and click videos. That'll lead you to a bunch of thumbnails in the middle, scroll down til you hit hers.
