You can also ask about freshwater pearls. They come in a wide range of colors and sizes and would also be more budget friendly, unless you are set on Akoya.

Hi WannaBeAPearl, and welcome to the forum! My first suggestion would be to not make a purchase from a stock website photo. If you are interested in a specific color, overtone, size, etc, in any type of pearl, I would contact the vendor and ask what is available from their current inventory...
