Show Us Your Pearls In Action!!!

Thank you, SteveM and CatMom! SteveM, I made a bunch of dangly chain jackets in the fall and the nice thing about jackets is they are not permanent so you can still wear your studs or you can use the dangles with any pair of studs. Your combination is light and cheerful for your stormy day...

Thanks BWeaves and Cathy! Cathy, watching those waves coming ashore is a relaxing way to get over your jet lag. Looking forward to catching up with you soon! BWeaves, I’m not too much of a shark person either, but that carving is more of a happy shark so it’s kind of dolphin-like and dolphins...

Thanks, Douglas, BWeaves and CatMom! It’s always good to be home, even if the turn around is rather short this time. I got home just in time to take care of one of the big sinks backing up. Before I left, it was the car. 😟 There’s always something. The good news is, I found a good local plumber...

Bonjour! I am so disappointed I missed out on the last two PP live events from Japan! I can’t wait to see what everyone added to their collections. I’ll need to go through the videos later to catch up. We landed in Paris on May Day. Lily of the Valley seems to be the flower of choice for...

I don’t know of anything specific to recommend, but I’m sure there are a lot of videos on YouTube. You can try watching a few and then experiment to see what technique works for you. I‘ve never watched anyone else wire-wrap so I have no idea if what I do would be considered conventional or not...

You should play with some wire pearlgirl12! It might not be for everyone but you’ll never know until you try it. It opens up a whole different way of creating with pearls.

I grew up doing crafty things, especially in miniature, so that was a bit of an advantage. It does take some practice and good tools. You should give it a try pearlgirl12!

They are very complimentary, BWeaves! Deep lavender FW pearls from one of PP’s HK Live events. They were loose pearls in a bracelet length that I made into a tin cup. A tourmaline necklace and earrings I made. The little center tourmaline was a gift from the vendor. I haven’t decided if I’m...
