Yes! I had one made by Pearl Paradise, you can customize it.

Many of the online sellers who post here regularly carry Tahitians and and do custom work. Once you figure out what size you want, and the "trimmings" if any, you could give them a call! Lengthening/shortening strands, custom clasps, etc, are all in a day's work!
