Hi All The Mighty Ones !!!!!,

I check this forum 2-3 times a week to learn more exciting facts about pearls and to learn how to avoid costly mistakes. To think that I almost bought those dreaded “suspended planting” pearls…… Thanks to you I ended up as a happy owner of 9-10mm Freshadamas…
Lately I wanted to buy baroque Tahitians. I checked sellers that you recommend. One of them is Treasure Island. I bought small stuff from Stephanie in the past, so I was happy that she “meets your approval” !!!.
She had strand I liked, provided me with additional pictures, I placed an order, paid for it (on Nov 21st) and since then…… nothing….
Does anybody in this forum know what is happening with her ???
I still don’t know why I did not receive my purchase yet !!!. Stephanie Kramer is not answering ANY of my emails….. Frankly I’m worried if I did not lose my money…..
Any help or suggestion will be appreciated…

That does not sound good... I remember looking at the Site and thinking that the prices looked fair, but you still need to receive the product. I suggest calling and emailing one more time, and then contact your credit card company to file a chargeback.

I would think that if a Site were taking $$ and not providing product they would have been discussed here in that light one time or another...

Thanks for the feedback. If in the end everything works out and I get my merchandise, I can forget about "frustration".
As I said before - till now she was a "perfect" seller - easy communication, good description of product offered and always shipping exact quality that I expected...
I really hope she will "re-surface" on this planet.... In your experience - does she usually "reappear" or I should expect "the worse" ????
I did try to reach her through Papal too - no success neither....

I wish it would be the solution!!! Nov 20, she emailed me the final price, Nov 21 I paid, Nov 22 she vanished !!!!
Thanks anyway...now, knowing it's nothing unusuall, I'm hopefull that one day I'll hear from her..... and recover my money or get the pearls....

Yes, I did receive my order.... after I placed a claim with PayPal I received an email from her and week later merchandise....
I still trust this seller. I just think that sometimes she has really too much on her plate and that her organization skills are not too good...
Just a lesson for me and others who want to try to buy from her: do not be in a rush to receive your merchandise. She does her things at her own time..... I was never sorry that I ordered from her - she ships what she advertises ! Her merchandise is nice !!

well I'm biased, but why go through that when you can get same or better quality for less money from a real pearl dealer? Not to mention you'll have it in a week or less.
