| Well, I suppose any vendor has a chance of getting good feedback as long as buyers are happy with what they receive, and that is dependent upon experience and expectation. If I can get a similar strand from a reputable vendor with a generous return policy, I really wouldn't get anything that expensive from ebay. Ebay is a good place for fishing out unexpected buys, but I'd still put high-end items in the cautious list.
