| I was going to keep this one for my yearly thread---Slraep's Xmas Ideas 2008---but I just can't wait and must post it NOW. What a masterpiece of unwearable metalsmithing! Imagine this on a woman(okay, or a man) with a small head and short neck. Imagine the shoulder gouges after a couple of hours of wear even on a person with an extra long neck. Imagine the chin abrasions. Not something you'd want to wear while driving to the ball and having to look in your side view mirrors. No, this is definitely for someone with a chauffeur. It could, though, be worn while practising ballet in private, as a sort of over the top, eccentric and horribly expensive postural aid. Or it could double as a fancy stand for an fruit bowl. http://www.smh.com.au/news/fashion/p...863521439.html

| I think these women belong to a tribe either in Kambodja or near the border. How they can allow vanity make their necks so weak that they would break like a stick because of the muscels having disappeared (if they take away these neckrings) is beyond my imagination ...
