Hi, my first post in this forum having discovered it only the other day. I hope this is not an inappropriate post.

I am involved in a pearl farm in Bali. We expect our first harvest early next year.

The farm is being set up and run by an Australian marine biologist. We have reached the stage where we are considering expanding to other sites. Consequently we are looking for a back up for our main man.

We are looking for a young expat with tertiary quals in marine biology/aquaculture. Ideal for recent graduate just learning the ropes. Person would be based in Bali and work to the manager.

If you know of a person who fits the bill and is looking for work, please let me know by PM.

Cheers,

Dan

Hello my name is Chris I live in Victoria BC Canada and I am looking for information on how to get into the pearl farming industry what courses do I need to take to start in this career. Where do I take the courses? Are there any schools in the areas where they do pearl farming. What would be the best school for me to go to? any information would be very appreciated.

Thanks for your time
chris
