Are those fingers holding it up? It appears to have a diameter that is 1.5 times the person's finger width.

Large, that is for sure. 20-23mm range likely - at least a hundred carats. The color is good but not the best, as is the flame - a little splotchy.
Is it perfectly clean? Any cracks on the back? If perfectly clean I would say $20-40k. With only the picture, $12-15k at the most.

What about that red and green color at the lower end of the pearl? Is that color reflecting off of something else or is that in the pearl?
