Here's another one of Bailey. Bailey always goes on walks with the dogs and me.

How to hand-knot pearls without a tool
My avatar is a Sea of Cortez mabe pearl. One of a pair of Mexican handmade earrings.
Aww- look at them baby blues! I miss having kitties...
He's darling. I loved those crossed eyes! Is he part Siamese/Oriental? The best cats I've ever had were Siamese. They were friendly, outgoing, confident people-cats. Guests would always comment that they were more like dogs. And indeed, they would come running *towards* the door when someone knocked. (Like they would miss greeting a guest? Please!)
He's a living doll! I have to agree with xeresana, Siamese cat traits can be a lot of fun. I had a half-siamese who used to ride shotgun in my car.![]()
Ditto - although I am a cat person so have usually been able to get kitties to "speak" to me, Siamese and Siamese mixes are really social and lovey. I love that Bailey goes on walks with you, that's just fantastic. I had a manx who was really sweet and social, too.
Well, these are not cats but they are four of our six (four rabbits and two dogs).

Not cats either, but how about a pair of wieners?
Daisy and Roxie
You'll recognize Daisy as my avatar. She is a whirlwind of energy and wags and kisses. Roxy is laid back to the point of coma and patiently puts up with Daisy.

Ahhh....cute!--all of them
I am going to change the thread name to favorite PET pictures..........
When I got Bailey neutered, the Humane Society called him a "snowfoot Siamese". I think that is a way of saying "the clearest influence is Siamese, but he is not purebred"

I have this dog named Briar
One day me and Briar were at the cabin lounging in a recliner
Then something happened to him whrn I feel asleep
He got real big.
My Ragdoll, Opie. Right now he is 3 1/2 and still growing. He always finds his way into a cabinet, under a shelf, or crammed between the the hand rail posts.
And Stella, the Chihuahua. She may be small, but she will defend me to her last dying day.

A pet forum is a great idea. I love animals and enjoy hearing about all the joy they bring to people. A picture tells it all.

Sigh - I would like to post pics of my critters but my on-going computer woes include (sob!) losing all of my photos when the hard drive which served as my backup failed during the one stinking week that I was between computers (and therefore was using the backup as my primary storage.) Why buy pearls when you can spend all your money on data recovery? Anyway, the glamour girl in my avatar photo is Merry. She and her sister were abandoned in a cardboard box at a local grocery store with their mother. I found a home for the mom-cat and we kept the 2 kittens.
To borrow a phrase -- I love, love, love the pet pictures. They're terrific!![]()
And here are Lola 12 years old and LolaBelle 1 year. Both were found on the street.
