Default Looking for this finding, help!

I am not sure of the correct term, maybe a bead cap, pearl cap for floating pearl.
Can someone suggest a source or vendor.

Might be called a grommet or flange? Please let us know if you find it! I have "that thing" in sterling silver, somewhere ~ in the original pkg ~ can't find at the moment, sorry.

“End cap insert for pearl” or “Pearl flange insert”

MSC, true, very industrial sounding! Grommet is more for fabric and leather, imo

Rio Grande has some called "grommet."

Frost Me and Katbran, not knowing the right terminology drives me nuts!! Happens in many areas of my life, not just the jewelry part!!
