Also my husband has worked his way through it, and it was so great, at lunch he just started telling me all these pearl facts I didn't know he knew. He really got into the course and can;t wait for the quizzes

I just finished the course. I wanted it to be longer with more photos and even more detailed explanations. But I just can't get enough info on pearls.

WOOOOHOOOOOO! I finally managed to go back to the course and complete the quizzes & tests just now. I am now 100% complete, but I do not find any options to save/print some sort of Certificate? Help please! Thanks!

There were instructions at the beginning of the final exam. There's an email address for Bo at CPAA.

Jeremy: What's the procedure after we e-mail Bo Perry?

Are we supposed to get an e-mail back or something in the mail? Is there a timeframe? I don't want to be pushy, I just wasn't sure what happens next to get certified. Since I didn't get a reply e-mail, I wasn't sure if I should wait a certain length of time before asking.

I'm guessing that someone needs to verify that we actually took the course and passed the exams. I'm hoping that the certificate is not automatic!

It's definitely not automated. I spoke with him this morning and he has been getting everyone's emails, but he's been getting a lot. That's not a bad thing There are about 500 people taking the course right now. Once completion is verified, and actual certificate is going to mailed out. I would expect it to be 4-5 days.

I encouraged him to set up a new email address specific for the course certification with an auto-responder letting everyone know that the certificate will be mailed in 4-5 days.

500 people taking the course right now? That's amazing! Congratulations.

500 people ... that's a fantastic validation of all the hard work you all put into this course ... I think you have a hit on your hands! I sent my own email off to Bo a few days ago. Thanks for the certificate info and clarification, Jeremy.

New pearl collector here (I blame DK!). I started the course yesterday (Thank you Jeremy, I learned about it via your POJ email newsletter) and have completed the freshwater pearl section thus far (Sect 1-3). I was surprised by what I already knew, but enjoyed learning more about the history and background, especially for Lake Biwa and Kasumigaura pearls (as I own a pair of Japanese Kasumi pearls). It is a great resource and I am looking forward to continuing the course.
