I got some black pearls. Who can help me

Can anyone tell me what kind of pearls these are.
I bought them a week ago and Im planning to make a Nice necklace for my wife.

The quality of the pearls are not great, and I personally would not string it with an expensive clasp, a cheaper gold-filled clasp would be more appropriate, IMHO.

I agree-- use gold-filled, or sterling silver if you prefer.

Gold-filled is very durable material. I use gold filled clasps frequently.

The pearls are pretty inexpensive so definitely not real gold. There are a lot of lovely Gold Filled clasps that will hold up very well, better than plate.. or use silver if you prefer a lighter colour.
