Can someone help me with some pearls we found at my grandma's house!

My grandma has decided to move in with us and we came across this pearl necklace. She said one of her friends gave it to her as a birthday gift.
I was wondering what kind of pearls are this and the value of them. My grandma doesn't really know anything about jewelry or pearls. I was hoping maybe you guys can help us out! thanks so much. looking forward to your replies.

looks like cultured freshwater pearls from China, unfortunately not a lot of value.

You should go over to eBay and look at other freshwater pearl designs and see if there are equivalents and what they are asking for them. I would imagine they sell for less than $20.00.
