Hello everyone!
I bought those earrings and bracelet from Manila. I love their color but bracelet pearls are not very qualified but I love the design.
I bought earrings for 300usd, bracelet for 100usd. One of my friend says her father in law bought some pearls few years ago and appraised it lately and all wasn’t South sea pears. That very scares me. Can you tell me your thoughts please.
Thank you very much:)

What are the size of the earrings? They might be South Sea, but the pearls in the bracelet definitely are not. They are baroque akoya, and it looks like at least one has a hole in the nacre.

You didn't receive what you were told, and thankfully you didn't pay too much.

Hi iyaasgilang,

What you have found are pieces of shell, not pearls. In the last photo you can clearly see the layers of the shell.
