Show Us Your Pearls In Action!!!

Thanks, Douglas! I can’t remember what Alexander called this strand, but to me, it’s a harvest strand since it is representative of all the types of Tahitians harvested at his farm. A fun strand to gaze at…

A strand of Akoya and a pair of studs from Takahashi Pearl, with two baby Akoya and Akoya keshi with pearls from Hong Kong (thank you for introducing me to this farmer, Jeremy!), and a Japan Kasumi ring worn as a pendant from Kojima.

Thank you, Jeremy and BWeaves!!

Bubbles and sister strand made of fancy colored Tahitians from Kojima. I just finished re-knotting the sister strand so I thought I would wear it. Also, two bracelets of J.Hunter Fiji pearls. I bought the J.Hunter toggle bracelet in Fiji, and chose the pearls for the orbit clasp bracelet at PP.

We've been away, with very limited internet and come home to all this pearl GLORY ... WOW, what an incredible treasure :) Thank you all for posting, and Jeg ... breathtaking combinations of beautiful pearls and clothes ... STYLE!

Sooo excited to catch up on everyone's gorgeous pearl looks today! @eolian pearls, your new SS pendant is a knockout!!! @SydK, lovely colors on your Wen pearls! @jeg, I am constantly amazed at your collection, wow, you have so many amazing pearls - those special tiny Collins Tahitians are absolutely fantastic.

Just returned from our 5-year-delayed honeymoon; traveling with pearls makes me nervous, but I did take some Robert Wan keshis and a pair of Atlas SS keshi studs, courtesy of Pearlescence.

I recognise those gorge little keishis - I should, I drilled every single one of them myself!

SurfnSci, hope you had a lovely belated honeymoon trip! I get nervous traveling with pearls, but never can leave them behind either :)

Jeg those Hinata strands are stunning; I especially like the wave pattern one!

Thanks so much, Jeremy, CathyKeshi and Charlotta! Whoa, the whole collection?!? BabyNurse and I spent a long time going through all their cases, so that would be quite a haul!!! Charlotta, I’ve been meaning to tell you how much I am in love with your amigurumi characters. They are just so adorable!

Wearing my 6-7mm tiny Tahitian strand I put together with pearls from Collins Pearls, with a silvery white Tahitian, with lots of color play, pendant from PP. It is set on a little h bail. The other two pieces are from Kojima. A pearl medley strand, and dainty vintage Akoya earrings from the family archives. I don’t have enough surface space to take them all in the same pic without looking like a jumbled mess…

Thank you so much for the kind words and wishes, Charlotta, Jeg and Cathykeshi. It was a lovely trip but it's nice to be back - I missed all the pearls I left behind!

@jeg Stunning look today!!! Your family heirloom earrings are so pretty and the setting is very unique. The luster (and white color!) on your PP pendant is fantastic and it looks perfect with the little H bail....The Kojima strands are also pretty, but my heart still belongs to your tiny Collins tahitians
