My pearls

But it doesn't stop there. I also couldn't resist one of those tiny tahitian Collins strands, the blue one. The pearls are 7,1-7,9mm and about 18 inches after stringing. It's great with my blue tahitian strand, that are 9,1-11,6mm. It's so tiny and pretty.
These resemble fireballs but are more flat (like a coin), versus a round bead
These are sort of coins with tails

I am also waiting for a package from Cees, I hope that it arrives next week.

You are on a roll Charlotta!!! You keep adding amazing pieces to your already amazing collection...Your latest pearls from Wendy are gorgeous! For all of us based in Europe Wendy is a godsend! Enjoy your wonderful pearls and I am already looking forward to more photos from you...

Thank you eolian pearls. I agree, Wendy do have some amazing pearls and are closer. This year has been a great pearl year.

Thank you Gemandpearllover. I'm having trouble capturing what they really look like. But I am looking for a place all over our house.

I placed the pearls directly in the window sill, in the vintery cold frosty morning. The sun is just starting to rise on the other side of the house. These photos shows the luster better, but cannot capture the colors right.
The edison huggies.

Clearly the window sill needs a fresh coat of paint. I took the cats emty window sill where they watch everything and occationally naps.

I took some photos to compair my new big tahitian strand with my ombre tahitian rope from Cees. The ombre rope is 9-10mm and the big tahitians 11-12,3mm.

Just the ombre strand, the luster is really great in this light.

That coppery red pearl in my new strand is an unusual color, I have never seen it in a pearl before.

Then I ran around in all rooms with my new strand, a white cloth and my phone trying to get decent photos. Not-husband must have thought that I was nuts. In one northfacing room I could get some decent photos if I put the cloth on two suitcases and stood between the window and the pearls.

I made a pair of keshidrops to go with my new huggies from Pearlescence. They have a beautiful light silver color and great luster. They are lighter than the photos.

I thought that they would look great with my new big multicolor tahitian strand from Pearlescence. The strand has some gorgeous light silver pearls. The keshis are from the earrings I bought from Druzydesign and broke.

Charlotta, what we go through to take great photos of our pearls, lol! Your new Pearlescence pearls are absolutely stunning! The keshi earrings will be a lovely compliment. I LOVE huggie earrings, most of mine are too wide to add a dangle, durn it.

Thank you Pattye, it's so frustration seeing all those colors and not being able to capture them.

I have to post my new deep golden south sea strand from Cees here as well. The strand is 18inches and the pearls are 10-13mm. It's a glorious strand.

It's a beautiful strand and it's better with my skintone, since it's more cooltoned than my previous good south sea strand that I turned into two wavestrands. Now I have no more pearls coming, maybe if I did find earrings to match but it's hard matching pearls with just photos.

Never ending photographic challenges. Only decent photo today was when I didn't try and also didn't use white as a background. Well it's surtainly a burden playing with gorgeous pearls, but someone has to...sigh...

A burden indeed! We appreciate your sacrifice! :p ;)

Charlotta, you new big strand of multi color Ts, is very pretty. Has some lovely colors on the strand. And I always admire your blue Ts. They are truly special.

For the last couple of days I have worn my white south sea strand from Cees with my baroque blue south sea studs and pendant from Pearlescence. I put my pendant on a small white freshwater strand. These pearls look great together. _20191217_083429.jpg

Those blue baroque south sea pearls goes really well with my rainbow strand from Pearlescence as well.
