My pearls

Thank you JerseyPearl. The mismatched studs are are one of my most used pairs. They go with almost everything. I am so happy that I bought them.

Today I'm going to meet a goldsmith with my mother to redesign my fathers wedding ring into a pendant for my mother. I hope that they can make what she want. Today I'm wearing my ombre tahitian rope from Cees, my tahitian keshi strand from Druzydesign, my baroque tahitian enhancer from Pearlsociety and my mismatched tahitian studs from Oceanscove.










Little kitten is growing so fast. Also has very long legs.

Thank you Pattye, the kittens are friends now, most of the time. Bigger kitten even allow smaller kitten to eat first (there is enough room and food for both) and don't mind when smaller one steals treats. Only sneak attacks whilst sleeping is frowned upon by bigger kitten.

Gorgeous pearls as always Charlotta. I think it is a beautiful thing for your mother to have your father's wedding ring made into a piece she can wear close to her heart. Your kitten is so adorable.

Thank you Gemandpearllover and Katbran. Gemandpearllover, my mother was very pleased with the goldsmith I found for her. He had lots of ideas, will have it done in two weeks and wasn't terrybly expensive. Then she can wear his (remade) wedding ring with her always.

Today I'm wearing my deep golden south sea studs from Oceanscove with my champagne enhancer from Pearlsociety on my grandmothers goldchain. It was very hot today and I didn't want to wear a strand.

Still hot today so wearing light pearls. Long lavender rose freshwater strand from Pearllunar with my tahitian enhancer from Pearlsociety and my pink and green tahitian studs from Pearlescence. I love those studs, they have a beautiful smokey pink tone to them.

Gosh, I love how the pink of the strand causes the pink in the T's to jump out!

Pink and green tahitian studs from Pearlescence, a floating tahitian pearl on a silver chain from TahitiPearldesigner and my drop tahitian tincup with pearls from Wen Pearls.

So beautiful, Charlotta! Funny that I never used to like tincup strands, and now I love them! It’s on my “list” to have one, one day.

Thank you Cricketbug. This is my favorite tincup, I have made others but this is the one I wear. The pearls are smallish for tahitians. When I bought a strand (my second from her accually the first one was a lot bigger even though they were described as the same size) of drop tahitians from Wenpearls and they were all tiny, I think maybe one was over 8 mm, I was a little dissapointed. The colors were lovely but not what I wanted for a project (have forgotten what the project was about), so I took the most colorful ones and wirewrapped them. And for me it's the perfect tincup (to rule the other tincups...), beautiful colors, not too long or short or too heavy. So me getting smaller pearls than expected was really good. The silver has not tarnished in a year and I mostly wear this when it's to hot for a strand but maybe the wire was rhodium plated (don't remember, might be). Some day you will have the perfect tincup for you to Cricketbug.
