  • Date Night Fashion- Punk Rock and Pearls

I sent my friend Claire a strand of our Endless Freshwater Pearl Necklaces to model for Pure, and I thought the results were FAN.TAS.TIC. Seriously loving what she put together. What do you guys think- would you wear this for Date Night?

I really loved the edginess of the metal punk studs paired with the softness of our pearls- that is a seriously eye-catching combo right there! Never been a fan of rompers, but she pulls this off so well I think I want to go buy one for myself now!

She posted the whole photoshoot on the blog she runs here: http://www.beautyandabargain.com/9/p...o-m-p-e-r.html

Check her out and send her some love! <3

Really cute look! I can see my Granddaughter in that, and I gave her the white pearl rope last year! Ashley, it's hair extensions~she blogged about them.

I'd only wear it with a longer skirt / shorts length, myself, to save the world from suffering by seeing my thighs. But it's a great look with the pearls, and she does have gorgeous hair, too.

I hope to see more of this from both of you! Just delightful!

PS You have the best Pinterest board collection! You got me started on Pinterest a couple of years or so ago, but I am totally impressed with the number , breadth and quality of your Pinterest collections!

                Wow Caitlin- THANK YOU!!!

I fell in love with Pinterest "back in the day" and have not been able to stop myself since lol. My favorite boards are my Pearl Boards of course, but the site has literally turned into my Go-To Recipe book, and I deep-cleaned my oven using pin tips, and even started making my own foundation/powder that saves me like $200 a year! I don't know that I could live without Pinterest now that it's here!

Fabulous outfit and I really like how the pearls add a little sweetness!

You are welcome! I never would have tried it had you not sent me some pins or something, but now I see your boards, I am thinking past art. I take so many notes while I am doing the net and I never have found a good system to keep them in. As word docs, they just get lost among all the other word docs, lol. I do brain mapping better than outlining if you know what I mean, so having ideas (not just visuals) laid out spacially -as on a board- is like having a bunch of dancers in the space in front of you and you can move them around to get the right relationships-

By the way, have I told you how happy it makes me to see you here a lot?

Lovely! I like the bold red romper contrasted with the demure formality of the pearls.
