Would it be possible for both pearls to be 9mm or one 9 and one 10mm?

For our customer 9mm was just tight enough to offer security while wearing the cuff links. You could make the "big pearl" smaller but I would stay above 9.5mm just to be on the safe side. Really we could use any pearl as long as pearls are around 9mm or greater.

They do have a similar look, I don't' know of anybody selling high end belly button rings though. I think because they tend to be found on teens and young women which tend not to have a lot of money for expensive jewelry or a taste for a pearls for that matter.
